At YUSHUBAO, we want you to see what goes inside the cartridge. Transparent housings and viewing windows make the filter media visible, bringing our focus on real materials into the product itself.

HC10C, HH90C and FS80C use silver printed sleeves with clear viewing windows. FF20C has a transparent adhesive label with a white logo, leaving the media visible through the housing.

The window is there to make the core visible; follow the stated replacement interval and capacity for maintenance.

YUSHUBAO cartridges are designed to help reduce:

The faucet cartridge also uses KDF55, calcium sulfite and scale-control balls, with media intended to help reduce heavy-metal content and scale buildup.

No. YUSHUBAO filters are designed for everyday household water use, including handwashing, face washing, brushing teeth, showering, and rinsing fruits and vegetables. They are not intended for drinking-water filtration.

YUSHUBAO HC101 adds an inline filter to an existing compatible shower setup. HH901 is a handheld shower head with a cartridge in the handle. FS801 is a fixed shower head with an integrated cartridge. FF201 and FF202 are faucet filter extenders.

YUSHUBAO HC101 uses standard 1/2-inch NPT connections. It can fit between a compatible shower arm and shower head, or before a matching handheld hose. Check the thread type and available space before installation.

The YUSHUBAO FS801 has eight settings: Spray, Rain, Blossom, Rain + Massage, Rain + Spray, Massage + Spray, Massage and Pause. Move the selector on the shower face until it clicks into your chosen setting. Pause reduces the flow; it does not shut the water off.

No. On the YUSHUBAO FS801 and HH901 shower heads, Pause reduces the flow without shutting it off completely. Turn off the water at the faucet or mixer after use.

The standard set includes the YUSHUBAO HH901 handheld shower head, a 59-inch metal hose (approx. 1.5 m), bracket holder and two rubber washers. The hose and bracket are included.

For your YUSHUBAO HH901, check the hose for twists or kinks and straighten it. Check the connection and washers against the illustrated guide. If the problem continues, contact support with the model and installation details.

Before fitting a YUSHUBAO FF201 or FF202, check the faucet thread and supplied adapter: the guides cover 20–22 mm male threads and 24 mm female threads, plus pull-out faucet installation with the matching M22–M20 adapter. If no adapter fits, contact support with measurements and a photo.

YUSHUBAO FF201 is a compact 720° swivel design. FF202 has three adjustable joints, each rotating 360°, for 1080° combined adjustment. Both offer an aerated stream and spray, and use FF20C cartridges.

Each YUSHUBAO FF201 or FF202 includes one cartridge, installation wrench, adapter hex key, four adapters, washers and sealing tape. Select the matching adapter for your faucet.

Yes. Each YUSHUBAO FF20C replacement pack contains two cartridges. The specified 60 ± 5 g is the weight of one cartridge.

Match your YUSHUBAO filter model to its replacement cartridge:

• HC101 → HC10C
• HH901 → HH90C
• FS801 → FS80C
• FF201 and FF202 → FF20C

C stands for Cartridge.

Replace your YUSHUBAO cartridge every 3–4 months or when the stated model capacity is reached, whichever comes first. Water quality and usage may require earlier replacement.

• HC101 / HC10C: 12,000 US gallons (approx. 45,400 L)
• FS801 / FS80C: 8,000 US gallons (approx. 30,300 L)
• HH901 / HH90C and FF201, FF202 / FF20C: 6,000 US gallons (approx. 22,700 L)

After fitting and reassembling your YUSHUBAO filter, flush it for one minute. For HC101, HH901 and FS801, use warm water at 40–50°C (104–122°F). For FF201 and FF202, use 40–60°C (104–140°F). Adjust the water to a comfortable temperature before use.

Before replacing your YUSHUBAO cartridge, turn off the water, open the housing as shown for your model, remove the old cartridge and install the correct replacement. Reassemble, check for leaks and flush before use.

YUSHUBAO HC10C, HH90C and FS80C can be inserted with either end first, as shown in their instructions. For FF20C, follow the installation direction shown for FF201 or FF202.

For a leak at your YUSHUBAO filter connection, turn off the water, check the correct washer is seated and inspect it for wear. Refit the connection following the model-specific guide and avoid overtightening. Use the supplied spare washer or sealing tape only as directed for that connection.
